I was left in the dark after being told they emailed instructions — which I never received. After phoning a number, I finally managed to check in, but it was incredibly frustrating. The lack of on-site staff made me feel unsafe with the doors left wide open.

The noise level varied. one night it was so loud with a group nearby, and another night a dog was barking for ages. Not ideal for relaxation!

Spent 2 nights in a double room. Super clean with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The AC worked well. It's close to shops and only a few minutes from Arches NP. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was good. Good value for what you get.
